Help Educational Society began its journey with a vision to strive and become a relevant interface between the industry, academic institutions, government and the eligible youth in the country with an objective to enhance employability for better jobs and life style amongst youth in India. Help Education Society has experienced that there is need to define the milestones and taken a big initiative to bridge the gap between the Rural and Urban youth, metro and non metro families, while focusing on new economy industry.
Help Educational Society is involved in Training & Employability since 2003 and has trained number of youth for better jobs and life style. Help Educational Society has gained a reputation from very beginning from its clients, suppliers for its quality management and for services delivered in Information Technology. It has executed pioneering projects in summer training of IT students as diverse as and other Key Business areas.
Help Educational Society SDC has started associating with leading IT companies in INDIA and Abroad to cater the requirements of its expanding client base and enhanced its placement services. Help Education Society SDC under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives has taken a task to create scalable infrastructure through its partners to provide Industry-relevant IT Training that will enhance the employability skills of the rural BPL youth.
Our Mission
Help Educational Society is basically a Training Placement Services Organization, working to build a bridge between employers and employable by developing/providing Skills to all stream people as per requirement of the market. The Core Team is working to meet the present challenges in education /skills development and placements. Our mission is to:-
- To enhance & develop employability skills amongst youth in association with Govt./Private organizations.
- To create awareness & provide skill development in all streams.
To bridge the gap between employer and employable.
- To explore the possibilities of new avenues of employment generation through Career guidance and Capacity building.

The three key words are “Yajna” (Sacrifice), “Dana” (Giving) and “Tapah” (Penance), all of which are good for the purification of the individual’s soul.
